HIRING AN AMFT - PRIVATE PRACTICE ASSOCIATE POSITION:
-Echo Park, CA
-Hybrid: virtual and in-person days (flexible)
-15-20 client per week caseload minimum
-50/50 fee split
-Must have a minimum of 900 hours accrued

I am seeking an additional MFT associate to join my Private Practice. I am both EMDR and IFS trained, and specialize in treating adults and teens with eating disorders. I also treat a broad range of other issues such as adult children of emotionally immature parents, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, women's issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I see a number of couples and families as well in my practice. I can offer guidance and supervision in these areas as well as everything you would need to know to transition to your own successful practice, once licensed. I also have a large network of professionals in the field that you would be connected to in order to start building your own referral sources. The position is a hybrid between Telehealth and a minimum of 2 days you can be available in-person at my Echo Park office, if clients are requesting this availability. My practice is all private pay and we are not paneled with any insurance companies. Although I will be providing a stream of referrals, associates would be expected to market themselves and bring in clients of their own as well. A minimum caseload of 15-20 clients per week would be expected. All business expenses are paid by the practice and compensation would be a 50/50 split. My ideal candidate is organized, good with time management, eager and dedicated to actively building a caseload, and a self-starter. I am looking for someone who is willing to put in the effort it takes to establish a network of referral sources such as attending network. I am also looking for someone who has a specific niche/population(s) they are interested in and have already pursued training and experience in.

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
