Associate Or Licensed Clinical Therapist

Welcome to Nspiring Change, where we hope to nspire change in the lives of clients. Our group is looking to hire a full time associate therapist or Licensed therapist to be a part of our team. We take care of all the overhead and logistical aspects of the business so you are able to do what you love to do as a therapist, provide therapy to clients, write notes, and go home! Let our experienced staff handle all the other business related aspects so you can regain your balance of life without the stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical therapy to clients
• Complete clinical documentation
• Maintain required client contact
• Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional board entities
• Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations
• Stay current with updated research and best practices
• Maintain up to date case files within electronic health record (EHR) system
• Maintain current individual malpractice insurance policy

Requirements

• LCSW or LMFT preferred[LPCC must have additional education for couples and families to be considered], Associate level clinicians are also considered with 1st BBS intern number assigned and in good standing
• Working knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
• Working knowledge of attachment styles and clinical presentation across the lifespan
• Skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families
• Skill in working with a variety of cultures
• Skill in working independently and implementing time management strategies
• Ability to provide necessary self-care and demonstrate appropriate professional boundaries and behavior
