We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our multi site veterinary practice group. As a Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring the highest level of care for our animal patients. Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the clinic's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client relations
- Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations and standards
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing
- Coordinate and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic's services
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Provide support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, appointments, and treatments
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility
- Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in animal catheterization, animal restraint, pet grooming, pet care, and animal husbandry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
