TRIARQ Health’s Client Success Manager for Strategic Accounts serves as the liaison between strategic customers and TRIARQ Health, building and managing effective relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. Client Success Manager for Strategic Accounts manages and coordinates the delivery of TRIARQ services and solutions, and ensures the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of customers through establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and business partner.
You will identify at-risk clients proactively and collaborate across operational lines as you tenaciously pursue solutions and advocate for our clients. You will identify and cultivate new opportunities with the customers you manage, and communicate the value of TRIARQ Health’s services in the context of customers’ business goals with the objective of fostering high performing, satisfied customers. You will work with the TRIARQ Health Revenue Cycle Management team on revenue cycle performance to meet goals, monitor performance and improvement resolution plans for unfavorable trends, provide financial analysis, and create written processes. A broad knowledge of receivables management, patient registration practices and healthcare financial analysis is a must.
The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare industry market knowledge and well-developed financial acumen, and is self-driven, results-oriented, and an empathic communicator with a consultative approach. Essential skills include: excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to develop and maintain relationships both within and outside of TRIARQ Health, knowledge of the healthcare industry, revenue cycle management, and payer incentive programs (such as Medicare’s MIPS program), and ability to communicate effectively and ensure accountability for yourself and our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities include:
- Primary ownership and accountability for customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships even when faced with challenging client relationships.
- Analyze and interpret revenue cycle key performance indicators and other performance indicators to identify successes and areas of opportunity.
- Develop and implement practice-specific process improvement opportunities to secure positive results, monitor performance and improvement resolution plans to help clients meet goals.
- Conduct strategic planning and operational performance review sessions with clients and map business goals to identified value-drivers framework.
- Demonstrate knowledge and credibility of the TRIARQ Software and Services.
- Deliver Quality Program Management and Education as needed and guide practice through incentive program participation (MU, PQRS, QPP, MIPS etc).
- Provide written executive summaries, presentations and/or key information to physicians and administrators.

Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in health care administration, business or other related field or equivalent require
- Minimum of three (3) years of medical billing management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills
