You will provide pool cleaning and service expertise to your customers on a weekly basis. You will be provided a vehicle and tools to manage your route, service, clean, and balance pool chemistry for your customers pools. You will bring smiles to your customers each week!.
You should have a valid drivers license, a positive attitude, be customer oriented, and a team player.
Job Duties
- Test water and add chemicals as needed
- Empty skimmers and pump strainer
- Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor
- Brush steps, walls and tiles
- Skim debris off surface
- Check pool equipment
- Backwash filters
- Record work performed
- Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report
- Must have valid drivers license, 3 years verifiable driving history and clean driving record
- Dependability and trustworthiness
- Attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems
- Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques
- Proper use of swimming pool chemicals
- Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors during all seasons

Compensation This salaried position is paid weekly. You will be provided paid on the job training and all the tools to be successful. Starting pay will depend on experience.$38K-$43K annually.
