Swimming Pool Technician

We are looking to hire a responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY as we will train you on everything you need to know and provide the necessary items to perform daily tasks! Applicants must take pride in their work, be punctual, reliable and take ownership of their job duties. As well as have good communication skills and a willingness to learn. As we continue to grow we prefer to promote from within so there will be opportunities to move up.

Job Description: This is a year-round Full-Time position (Mon-Fri ONLY). THIS IS W2 ONLY.

Pool Technicians clean pools(brush, skim, check baskets, and vacuum as needed), maintain proper water chemistry, and ensure correct operation of pool equipment of a specific route. (You will run this route for 2 weeks with a supervisor)

Requirements: All Applicants MUST (no exceptions):

• Have a truck, insurance and valid AZ driver license
• Ability to start early and tolerate Arizona temperature extremes (Between 6-8 am)
• Have a reliable work ethic
• Be able to lift a minimum 50lbs as needed but not often
• Have a smartphone that can take/text pictures as needed and access pool service app
• Be able to work legally in the US

Compensation:

• Paid training- For 2 weeks the training pay is a flat, per day rate and paid via 1099 for your first week
• Per Pool after training (average $26.00/hour)
• PTO after 90 days which includes the week between Christmas and New Years
• Summer bonus paid out each month June-September
• New hire bonus after 90 days
• Semi-annual performance bonus
• Employee and customer referral bonus
• Eligible after 90 days to earn bonus pay, PTO, increased pool rate and extra compensation through filter cleans, light repairs and added pools.
