Job Description: Pool Service Technician

General Overview:

A Pool Service Technician goes daily on a scheduled route to clean residential swimming pools. At each visit, you will be required to test the water chemistry and balance accordingly. Average cleanings per day range from 20-30 stops based on experience and drive time. We provide the work truck and all the tools and equipment needed. We are willing to train, however, a basic understanding of the operation of swimming pool equipment is preferred. Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check as well as a drug screen. Must be clean-cut and professionally presentable. Must be able to tolerate working in the heat. Must be able to swim and have no allergies to chemicals. Must speak English. Must have exceptional customer service skills as you will be required to interact with the customers you are servicing. *Sign-On Bonus after 6-full consecutive months of full-time employment.

• Must be willing and able to talk to customers for products needing purchasing for pools.

Education

• High School Graduate (bachelor's degree would be a plus)

Experience

• 1–2-year pool cleaning maintenance experience preferred
• Working outdoors all day long
• Pool water chemistry understanding preferred

Qualifications:

• Excellent self-management skills (you work in the field independently)
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Practice safety and professional standards.
• Ability to handle and use hazardous chemicals
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to use personal mobile phone for work apps

Pay/Benefits:

• $14.00 to $18.00 per hour plus bonus (DOE)
