Swimming Pool Service Technician

Litchfield Park Pool Service has been servicing pools in the West Valley since 1979. Our advantage over the rest is, our home base retail store is located on one of the busiest geographical corners in the West Valley (Camelback & Litchfield Rd.). We are continually looking for motivated individuals to join our company for career development.

LPPS is seeking hardworking team members to join our pool servicing team as a Service
Technician. No experience is required, bring a willingness to be educated on our system of pool maintenance and a respect for current employees.

Our new technicians will be trained by our team of experienced technicians. Litchfield Park Pool
Technicians are expected to maintain a Service Route of approximately 48-80 pools per week.
Career advancement within LPPS is not limited. Our 24 employee base business consists of a retail store, repair department and service department.

What Do We Need From You?

● A professionally positive attitude

● Ability to communicate with a smartphone via text and email.
● Ability to use smartphone and email.
● Valid AZ Driver's License.
● Must have their own truck / vehicle for work

Full-time:

● $35,000 - $55,000 per year
● Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Benefits:

● Sick pay
● 2 weeks per year one week being December 25th - January 1st

Schedule:

● 8 hour shift, Monday - Friday

• If you can effectively finish your work the schedule may be modified

Supplemental Pay:

● With experience will have an opportunity to perform repair work to supplement base income.
● Occasional bonuses

Education:

● High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

● Driver's License (Required)

Work Location:

● Most work will be conducted with in a 5 mile radius of our retail store location

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
