Job Description

This Individual will ideally have a plumbing or construction background to be part of our Facilitator team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing key aspects and the process flow for our field techs and clients. Contribute to daily purchasing, scheduling, dispatching and customer service.

As a Facilitator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

· Facilitate plumbing procedures

· Phone calls (Clients/Plumbers)

· Work cohesively with others to obtain common goals

· Dispatch plumbing crews

· Purchase necessary materials

· Confirm material is available

· Confirm job is ready, setup and finalized

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25 - $30.00 per hour

Depending on experience

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
