UCT is looking for a talented Planner III to join is in Hayward, CA! The main function of this role is to find process improvement potential across the company, perform data analysis to confirm requested change (improvement).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Potential findingfor process improvement.
- Automation of routine matters (Excel, VBA, ...) - cooperation with IT department.
- Processing and modification of cycle-time for single products
- Data analysis for various purposes (production, planning, shipment, costs...)
- Preparation and updating of reports from the ERP - mostly created in Excel, in case of more complex report - after debugging define request for implementation into the ERP system.
- Works closely with other departments.
- Builds positive relationships with other departments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent MS Office skills (main MS Excel - pivot tables, formulas, VBA is an advantage) .
- Strong attention to detail
- High analytical thinking
- Strong organization skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal customers/suppliers.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years in production company experience with working knowledge of flow process.

- Minimum Education requirements: University degree

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $81,300 and $130,100/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including variable pay and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
