JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a part-time or full-time Pizza Cook to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be asked to multi-task and efficiently perform day-to-day kitchen operations
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
As a Pizza Cook, your primary responsibilities include baking pizzas and preparing related ingredients.
Your duties involve preparing dough, making fresh sauce, chopping toppings such as meats and vegetables, and baking the pizzas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least (2) years' work experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role in a lounge/ restaurant
- Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven
- Understanding of food hygiene
- Good time-management skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to run a pizza kitchen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have a California Food Handlers Certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
