Pizza Cook/Prep Cook

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to specified recipes and customer requests
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate with management to ensure timely ingredient replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food preparation and cooking for catering events as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques, including dough stretching, sauce application, and topping distribution
- Proficient in food handling and safety procedures, ensuring proper storage, cooking temperatures, and cross-contamination prevention
- Experience in catering or large-scale food production is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic culinary skills, including knife handling and food presentation techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members in a high-pressure setting
- Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role is beneficial
- Familiarity with various food service equipment and kitchen tools
