Pazza Market & Cucina is UTC Westfield Mall’s unique Italian gastronomic experience combining a restaurant, a wine cellar, and a marketplace featuring authentic Italian delicious foods, imported fine wines, and gourmet goods. Duties
- Prepare and cook food items and/or pizzas according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ensure that all food products are properly stored, rotated, and labeled
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in an Italian restaurant
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen tools
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
