Job Description:
The Pipeline and Capture Manager will lead the business development team, building relationships and providing written proposals to enhance our opportunities to gain work with new clients and current clients while maintaining clear and high standards of our work at ISA. The Pipeline and Capture Manager will have a solid understanding of working with government in order to support the business capture team and ensure success at ISA. The expectations of this position would be to manage and Capture opportunity selection processes, develop opportunities, and manage and provide requested information to prospective clients.

- If this position is a remote position, you'll primarily work as a remote employee, but may periodically work from an ISA or client site facility. (This work model is only used when a position cannot otherwise be filled with onsite personnel and is allowable by client requirements. This work model is offered as required only.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the capture and opportunity selection process
- Assessing competitive position and developing the opportunity/capture plan
- Forming the core pursuit team
- Respond to customer questions
- Determining and prioritizing customer hot buttons and issues
- Initiating teaming agreements and plan development, as needed
- Assist executive with customer negotiations and actively participating in key decision gates
- Determining discriminators, win strategy and solution set
- Captures Win Themes and Past Performance selections from Senior ISA Leadership (CEO, COO, CSO, CMO, CLO)
- Coordinates with leadership for Bid/No-Bid Decision and development of Pricing Volume
Skills:
- Creating pipeline opportunities for the business and assist in new work opportunities
- Working alongside the CSO and corporate team to provide accurate information in a timely manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools-Specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication with business partners and prospective clients
- Shall possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Ability to work independently, meet hard deadlines, and work well and in a professional manner with all levels of the organization
Other Duties:
Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time based on project requirements. These changes will be communicated by your supervisor. Supervisory Responsibilities: All supervisory responsibilities will be assigned by the Chief Strategy Officer if applicable
Clearance Required: Applicants must have at least an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a clearance at the TS/SCI level with Counterintelligence polygraph. Preference will be given to those who have an active TS/SCI clearance. Applicants must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status upon hiring. All ISA employees are required to uphold and maintain trustworthiness and suitability requirements of the U.S. federal government.
Experience Required:
- 3 years of proposal development or technical writing experience supporting Federal customers
- Experience with Government or Department of Defense contract solicitations
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or a similar field required
