Phone Operator (Physicians Regional)

Neuroscience & Spine Associates (NASA) is a patient-focused multi-specialty group practice specializing in neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and pain management. We offer comprehensive services, including an MRI for diagnostic imaging, physical and occupational therapy, an office-based surgery suite, and a multitude of other services. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
- Handle inquiries and provide information to callers or visitors
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain a professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Communicate effectively with callers, visitors, and colleagues
- Assist with dispatching duties as required

Experience:
- Previous experience operating phone systems or working as a Phone Operator is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative tasks is a plus
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is an advantage

This position requires a candidate who is organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
