Phone Operator/Customer Service

As a lead specialist for Covenant Roofing you will be the first point of contact and first impression for new customers. Maintaining excellent customer relations is key for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat and or social media to assist with their roofing needs
• Calling warm leads received from our lead generator programs
• Inputting data into the company’s CRM program.
• Assigning leads to our estimators

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with excellent customer service and phone skills
• Must be skilled in the use of computers and utilizing the web
• Experience in customer relations is preferred but not required. We will provide training.
• Must be organized
• Must be able to multi-task and handle a large volume of calls
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drugs screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
