Pharmacy Technician - Mail Order
Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting new opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician in the Santa Ana, CA area! If you are a highly competent pharmacy tech looking for something more than what you have seen in the past, we would like to speak with you!
This full-time role is with a specialty mail order pharmacy serving CA along with a couple additional states.

Description:

• Bi-lingual – Spanish/English
• Approx. 75% Workers Comp and 25% Retail
• EMR: Digital Rx
  • They also use Shippo (mail orders) and Monday.com to manage the mail orders
• Workers Comp 75%:
  • A lot of paperwork – PDF’s, docusign’s, etc.
  • Covererage area : CA, NV, AZ
  • All mail order for WC
    • Shippo used for mail order, shipping labels, etc.
    • Monday.com used to manage communication, follow-up calls, etc.
  • Needs great verbal skills due to the amount of outbound/inbound communication via phone
  • Strong communication skills needed through email/PC skills
    • Emails, dual screen usage, ability to multi-task
• Retail 25% :
  • Typical customer interaction
  • Some walk-ins
  • Flu/Covid vaccine intake

 
Position Requirements:

• CA State Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice and excellent communication skills
• Team Player Mentality 
• Mail order experience preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required

• $28-33/hr DOE
• Full Medical Benefits (offered to associates who work an average of 32/hrs)
