Personnel Specialist - Telework

This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

This Limited Term position may be extended to 24 months and may become Permanent.

Job Description and Duties:

• Reviews and audits all new employee and action request paperwork for completion and accuracy
• Keys Personnel Action Requests and Employee Action Requests for all types of appointments and separations, and interprets government codes, laws, and rules
• Initiates and keys leave benefit tracking for vacation, sick, annual leave, personal holiday, etc.
• Receives, audits, and documents negative and positive attendance payroll reports, and keys intermittent, overtime, and miscellaneous payments.

Working Conditions

Part-time telework available. Telework requires California residency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,799.00 - $6,298.00 per month
