The ideal candidate must be highly proficient at:
1. Providing administrative support to CEO at all levels
2. Liaising between CEO and our partners to help prepare any relevant data
3. Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
4. Scheduling meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
5. Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
6. Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
7. Developing and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Necessary qualities to be on our team:
1. Know how to think and make pragmatic decisions. If you are just and order taker and need constant direction or supervision, this position is not for you.
2. Is responsible – gets things done and keeps the CEO and his team informed.
3. Must be willing to keep their eyes on the business at all times (even on weekends).
4. Is absolutely dedicated and committed to learning new skills and constantly wants to improve their life through reading and education.
5. You absolutely must reliable. If something comes up that is urgent, it's alright just please let us know.
6. Good news is best, bad news is OK but, no news is NEVER OK. We need to know what is going on.
7. Consistency. Your ability to create workflow and schedule yourself to perform specific tasks consistently is critical to your success and ours.
8. Note taker - if you find yourself asking the same questions over and over again and you can't find your notes, then this position is not for you.
9. Availability by phone, email, and text at all times. Enthusiastic, professional, highly organized, and street-smart
10. Reliable (getting a job finished ahead of schedule is the norm, not the exception) If the project needs something, you find a way to get it done... and sometimes that means doing it yourself -- progress and results are key.

Required skills and knowledge:
1. Very familiar with the internet
2. Able to find answers and do research online. (ie Google)
3. Very familiar with computer programs (like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Slack)
4. Project Management from start to finish
5. Very familiar with social sites like Linkedin and Facebook
6. Not afraid to ask great questions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
