Bash Films, a multimedia production company, seeks a detail-oriented assistant to the CEO. This position is ideal for an individual who is a proactive problem solver who embraces learning new media technologies, software, and eager to take on additional roles within the company. This role requires an individual who can navigate a rapidly changing business/video production/post-production house environment while consistently delivering a high level of professionalism.
70% Office Administrative Assistance

For consideration, this job requires:
- You reside in Las Vegas, NV
- Fluency in English, valid driver’s license, at least 21 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, but a combination of educational experiences may be considered
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
- Able to travel out of state & active passport for international travel
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- #1 - Proactively find solutions to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate videographer & editor schedules
- Process remote worker assignments
- Email correspondence with clients & potential clients
- Manage office inventory, including camera equipment, editing bays, stocking office/personal essentials and maintain overall organizational efficiency.
- Schedule appointments/meetings
- Arrange travel plans
- Driving production crews to the airport, events, and meetings.
- Daily lunch coordinating/ordering
- Main point of contact for the personal needs of the CEO
- Research and vet various vendors
- Coordinating with vendors for proper maintenance/assignments
- Errands and additional duties as needed
Candidates Qualifications:
- Computer savviness and resourcefulness skills are a must
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to track tasks aligned with a plan, anticipate needs, and be adaptable to altering the plan as priorities change
- Innate ability to seek out answers from other sources and problem-solve with little input
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word & Excel.
- Able to consistently maintain a positive, can-do attitude and reflect a professional demeanor
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Willing to be on call on evenings/weekends during intensive filming and travel times
- Willing to travel to film locations as needed
- You have strong attention to detail but know when to be adaptable
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Premiere Pro would be amazing (but not required)
- Must love dogs and movies!
