- Wage: Earn a starting wage of $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities: As a BrightStar Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you'll make a significant impact on the lives of your clients by providing essential Personal Care services, including:
- Toileting assistance
- Feeding and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping (laundry, dusting, mopping, bathroom cleanup, no intense scrubbing)
- Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Active and passive mobility assistance
- Observations communicated to the Director of Nursing
Requirements: Requirements for joining our team are straightforward, and we provide support to help you meet them:
- Certified CPR and First Aid- Ensuring you're prepared for emergencies.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray - Ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation - Reach your clients with ease and reliability, and provide transportation to and from appointments.
- Current Auto Insurance - As required by the state of Nevada.
- Current Auto Registration.
- Ability to Work with Domestic Animals - Our clients have pets and treat them as family members.
- Adherence to HIPAA and Client Confidentiality - Trust is fundamental in caregiving.
- Strong Communication Skills in English - Foster meaningful connections with clients.
- Physical Ability - Be ready to assist with mobility and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to transfer clients from bed to wheelchair.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a PCA - Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working as a PCA, ideally in a Home Health or Assisted Living related setting.
