We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team! As a Personal Assistant, you will be stepping into a role with many hats, and responsibilities can include maintaining a personal schedule, coordinating dinners, and events, and even running essential and non-essential errands during work hours. You will also be working closely with other assistants, company staff members, and even family members to ensure everything within the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is incredibly organized, and can multitask, often working on multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management across multiple time zones for CEO’s dynamic calendar.
- Answer and screen calls
- Run errands, as needed
- Order essential and non-essential supplies
- Work closely with many different people to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Ensure all email, mail, text, and any other communications are processed, responded to, and properly categorized
- Book business travel and family vacations
- Assist with occasional tech support
- Make restaurant reservations
- Hire and supervise household staff
- Buy gifts, send holiday cards
- Plan large events
- Research, hire, and supervise vendors and contractors for home projects, as needed
- Ensure the routine maintenance of homes and vehicles
- Keep the principal updated on progress of projects
- Manage philanthropic interests
