Household Manager/Personal Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Household Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential hospitality, planning, and property management. As a Household Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized household, managing staff/outside contractors, coordinating tasks, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee property management tasks, including maintenance and repairs
- Assist with personal errands and provide personal assistant support as needed
- Perform driving for personal appointments as needed

- Handle administrative tasks such as managing household contractors, maintaining records, and coordinating appointments
- Ensure the security and safety of the residence at all times
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations of the household

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail in order to maintain a clean and well-maintained household
- Hospitality experience to provide exceptional service to guests and visitors
- Personal assistant capabilities to assist with various tasks as required
- Administrative skills for managing staff/contractor invoicing, records, and appointments
- Supervisory skills to manage household staff effectively
- Driving skills and knowledge of the area
