The Role:
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our CEO, encompassing both professional and personal tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the CEO's schedule and commitments are managed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a central figure in coordinating various activities, from managing calendars to handling personal errands, with added responsibilities in supporting corporate functions and legal compliance tracking. This position demands flexibility and the ability to handle multiple job tasks with high efficiency and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize the CEO's appointments, meetings, and travel plans to ensure optimal scheduling.
- Errand Running and Personal Shopping: Execute personal errands and shopping tasks, ensuring the CEO's personal and household needs are met with discretion and efficiency.
- Housekeeping Oversight: Manage and oversee the maintenance of the CEO's residences, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and order.
- Driving: Provide reliable transportation for the CEO to various business and personal engagements.
- Corporate Functions Assistance: Support the planning and execution of corporate events and functions, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and standards.
- Legal Updates Tracking: Stay informed on legal and regulatory updates relevant to the construction and real estate sectors, ensuring the CEO is aware of important changes.
- Multitasking and Flexibility: Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and the ability to perform multiple job tasks, adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the construction and real estate industries or similar high-demand sectors.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in interacting professionally across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with availability for travel and flexible work hours.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and independence in managing complex tasks and projects.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
