As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive team's calendars, including planning and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. -
- Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings. -
- Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence, taking messages when necessary. -
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and clients, responding to queries and requests in a timely manner. -
- Organize and maintain records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. -
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events, conferences, and special projects. -
- Handle general office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. -
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. -
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. -
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor. -
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks. -
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. -
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
