SalaryWe are seeking a diligent and skilled Part-Time Marketing Assistant / Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support our team's digital marketing efforts while leveraging their experience in mortgage lending to assist a loan officer to ensure our strategies align with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at promoting our mortgage lending services.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, digital advertisements, and social media content.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.
- Maintain and update databases of client information for marketing purposes.
- Coordinate with loan officers to ensure marketing efforts are in line with current lending products and promotions.
- Provide administrative support to loan officers as needed, including document preparation and client communication.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mortgage lending and marketing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant is required.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably within the mortgage lending industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This is an in office position.
