Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder and CEO of a line of French Bakeries in and around the Peninsula.
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with project management, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by the CEO.
- Assist with merchandise design, layout, and presentation upon request.
- Utilize technology to maintain visual materials and promotional materials.
- Assist with inventory management, product sourcing, and ordering supplies when necessary.
- Handle occasional errands such as picking up supplies or delivering documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills in all tasks.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Utilize technology effectively to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong proficiency in technology and familiarity with productivity tools such as Mac iOS, Google Workspace, Slack, and related management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Reliable transportation to complete occasional errands.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Bilingual in French or Spanish is helpful, but not required.
