RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages appointments, events, and daily office tasks.
- Provides support to the Chairman and handles guest and client services.
- Liaises with other team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Type: Full-time, in-office
- Target work week: 40 hours a week between 9AM to 5PM EST
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Experience in a luxury retail/service environment is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-starter, organized, efficient, and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills: polished verbal ability, outgoing personality, and excels in guest service
- Proficient in computer skills and a team player
- Professional and polished appearance at all times
DETAILS
Full-time, Hybrid (Must be close to NY, as travel will be necessary for meetings at the office in Long Island and Manhattan).

Salary Range: $45,000 - $52,000
