Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer applications, and have a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Answer phone calls and respond to emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents - Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned - Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department Experience: - Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar - Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues - Experience in data entry and maintaining confidential information - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Previous experience in calendar management or front desk reception is a plus This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
