Calendar and schedule management: Managing the individual's schedule, organizing appointments and confirming, meetings, and events, and ensuring efficient time management. Sending confirmations and reminders verbally and through email.
Communication management: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the individual, screening and redirecting inquiries as necessary. Must be able to communicate the individual's questions and concerns to the corresponding staff.
Travel coordination: Arranging travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, arranging ground transportation, and preparing itineraries for business trips or personal travel.
Personal support: Assisting with personal tasks, such as managing personal appointments and possibly attending events, coordinating family arrangements, or handling personal errands, as requested. During the holidays ordering gifts and making sure it gets to the right person. Running errands on a short notice and staying 10 steps ahead.
