Personal Assistant Entertainment Industry

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a well-known public figure. As a Celebrity Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's personal life. This is a demanding and highly responsible position that requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Provide personal assistance to the celebrity as needed, such as managing personal finances, shopping, and household management.
• Manage the celebrity's busy schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the celebrity and external parties, including talent management and outside professionals.
• Assist with the coordination and management of staff, including nanny and social media manager.
• Anticipate the needs of the celebrity, proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Coordinate and oversee personal and professional travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Running personal/professional errands based on the needs of the celebrity.
• Manage off-site mailbox for shipping and receiving of packages.
• Accounting management to include tracking of personal and professional receipt and monthly account payables.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to a high-profile individual is desired.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and last-minute requests.
• Proficiency in technology and social media platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
