About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant with driving responsibilities. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the owner’s safety during transportation to and from their residence. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient daily routine for the owner. The candidate will handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Responsibilities:
Safely transporting the owner from their residence to their workplace and back in a timely manner- Ensuring the owner’s safety and comfort during the commute.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Being punctual and reliable in picking up and dropping off the owner
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanour
- Manages the owner’s schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and personal commitments
- Organize and maintain the owner’s personal and professional spaces, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate requirements:
Must have a valid CA Driver’s License- Knowledge of the local traffic patterns
- Ability to use GPS/ navigation systems effectively
