Job Description
A busy CEO is in search of an intelligent, resourceful Personal Assistant. Looking for an individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills that enjoys a wide variety of tasks and initiatives. An ideal fit for this role will be a positive, detailed-oriented person, but personalities must be a match. An interest in real estate and healthcare is helpful, but not required. Looking for a personal assistant that is a jack of all trades. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who does not want a traditional administrative job.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, social appointments, deadlines, and schedules
- Personal errands
- Research on a diverse array of topics
- Picking up groceries, dry cleaning, shopping, and personal errands as needed
- Assist with travel arrangement
- Assist with stretching and aid in the improvement of mobility issues

- Spanish speaking
- Knowledge of a range of motion improvement through joint mobilization techniques
- Prior experience with therapeutic activities, treatment, and exercises that improve flexibility, range of motion, and mobility.
- Massage therapy experience (License not required.
Schedule
- Predominantly daytime hours during the weekdays
- Occasional weekend and/or evening hours may be required
