Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments and travel itineraries
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and organizing
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Provide support for personal tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
- Strong proofreading skills
