Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Run errands and complete other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in office management is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.29 - $21.49 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
