Full description of the service

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with Minimum 1 year preferable more, with proven experience as a Personal Assistant, assisting the family with their home, their children, and pets (dogs), experience supporting executives and streamlining day-to-day operations. Proven ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion. Adept at coordinating travel arrangements, facilitating communication, and ensuring a seamless workflow. The service area is North Miami Beach – Aventura. Must live close to the service area or less than 20 miles, Must have flexible time.

Must have the following Skills

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
• Pet and childcare
• A valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with house assistance
• A polite and professional disposition
• Calendar Management
• Travel Coordination
• Office Administration
• Good Communication (Verbal and Written)
• Time Management
• Problem-Solving
• MS Office Proficiency, Word, Excel and Ppt
• Knowledge of executive/administrative assistance
• Must live close to the service area or less than 20 miles

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
