The company is principally a financial services and consulting business. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and provide both personal and executive assistance. The position is expected to be primarily remote but some in person work may be required. The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent communication and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree and excellent computer skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.).
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
Schedule:

- Boca Raton, FL 33432: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
