Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general office duties - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records and files - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Experience: - Proficient in using Google Suite for email, document creation, and collaboration - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Experience in calendar management and scheduling - Familiarity with office management procedures and equipment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
