We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure I get tasks done in a timely manner when needed. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This position may require social media management, mailchimp-email marketing, some light phone videography/photography, tasking care of random errands to help out with workload and knowledge in growing a real estate business through marketing skills and creativity.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage and maintain the executive's Outlook calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Assist with personal tasks as needed
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Canva etc..)
-Social Media marketing knowledge and experience in growth and online presence
- Excellent typing skills and professional grammer/writing skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
