**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and project management.

- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.

- Handle communications and correspondences.

- Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization.

- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Willingness to commit to at least 1 year with the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.47 - $24.65 per hour
