- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent/GED
- Must have mechanical assembly experience
- Good at reading blueprints
- Knowledge of hand tools
Job Summary
- Working under the direct supervision of production leads and limited direct supervision of production supervisors assembles products in a manner that meets both the client's design criteria and customer expectations.
- Engineering Drawings- Retrieve BOMs, sales/assembly drawings, and master comments from the QAD system and correctly interpret them. Evaluate products for correct performance and visual characteristics.
- Safety Orientation and CBS- Manage work area in accordance with 5S principles.
- Apply continuous improvement techniques to the work area.
