```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and organizing meetings
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the employer
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information as requested
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
```Experience```
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Skills:
- Proficient in using DocuSign for document signing and management
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Experience working as a clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment operation
- Data entry skills for maintaining records and databases accurately
- Ability to transcribe notes or recordings accurately
- Strong clerical skills for organizing files, documents, and other materials
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
- Social Media experience and Content Creation experience
