Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with our head of talent acquisition on process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
- Partner with the founders to think through performance evaluation and processes to ensure employee development and accountability.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization on employee relations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a People Ops Manager, HR Manager, or similar role at a fast growing startup with an extremely high talent bar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
