Winonics, an Additive Circuits Technologies, LLC Company located in Brea, CA, is currently executing a multi-million dollar facility-wide renovation plan that includes extensive equipment and technology upgrades along with well-designed and purposeful infrastructure improvements to support lean six sigma manufacturing.

Once completed, the new state-of-the-art facility will offer a vision into advanced technology PCB fabrication with the expectations of creating a world-class PCB manufacturing facility and a research and development center for the company’s patented additive manufacturing technology.

The newly upgraded facility will be best in class and will be capable of supporting emerging technologies in aerospace and defense industries, life-critical medical devices, next-gen automotive safety, autonomous driving sensors, RF/Microwave/mmWave communications and enabled 5G connectivity.

Scope: Quality Assurance Manager is a vital role within our organization to assure customers are delivered good product, on-time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for communication internally and externally regarding quality related issues. Quality manager is responsible for implementing and integrating DMAIC methodology into all parts of the organization, including: 5S, SPC, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, CAPA, root cause analysis, control plans and risk registers. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality benchmarks
• Create standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations
• Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times
• Execute tests to check final product adherence to the company standards
• Record findings and relay this information to the operations team
• Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the production line while maintaining accuracy in quality
• Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality
• Oversee production to ensure conformity in final product processing

Job Function:

A Quality Assurance Manager is tasked with the obligation to ensure all company products meet consumer expectations and demands. Specific daily duties for this position include overseeing employee performance and inspecting products to ensure conformity throughout the production process. Where products fail to meet quality standards, the quality manager is responsible for discarding and rejecting the product and documenting the reasons why it failed to meet the quality standards set.
