As the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of quality control, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Responsibilities:
- Directly manage all Quality Assurance associates.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards including SQF Code, HACCP, and customer requirements.
- Manage internal and external product sampling and environmental testing.
- Oversee daily Quality Assurance inspections for compliance.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for Food Safety Management.
- Lead internal audits for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement Food Safety Plans and SQF programs.
- Communicate essential information for SQF implementation.
- Manage departmental non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Provide food safety training to employees.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
- BS Degree or Engineering preferred.
- SQF Practitioner certification.
- HACCP training and experience in implementing Food Safety plans.
- Knowledge of quality assurance management systems and food safety standards.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience Quality Assurance management in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to change.
