Payroll Specialist

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Payroll Specialist who will contribute to the processing of electronic payroll and time and attendance data using ADP Workforce Now and E-time advanced scheduler. This position will perform proper and accurate payroll codification of employee wages and pay; and assist timekeepers with proper payroll pay policies and procedures as well as review entries in time and attendance system for accuracy.

Requirements: A minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in ADP Work Force Now and E-time advance scheduler. ADP Certified a plus. A minimum of 2 - 3 years’ practical experience in payroll processing and time and attendance systems. Excel experience is required. Experience in human resources and healthcare a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive situations, collaborate as well as work independently. Ability to multitask.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
