Job Summary:
The NetSuite Integration Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing integrations between NetSuite and other business systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring seamless data flow across our technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Design: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.
NetSuite Customization: Customize NetSuite configurations to facilitate smooth data integration with various systems and applications.
Integration Development: Develop, implement, and maintain robust and scalable integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems using integration tools and technologies.
Data Mapping and Transformation: Map data fields between systems and implement data transformations to ensure consistency and accuracy across integrated platforms.
Error Handling and Monitoring: Implement error-handling mechanisms and monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address integration issues.
Security Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to ensure that integration solutions comply with security best practices and industry standards.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and system configurations.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on integrated systems, ensuring smooth adoption and troubleshooting support.
Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT teams, including developers, DevOps, and system administrators, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to our technology ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.
Proven experience as a NetSuite Integration Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of NetSuite SuiteTalk API and integration tools.
Proficiency in data integration technologies, such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must speak fluent English.
