Role Overview
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Implementation Specialist to spearhead our dental software installations and customer integrations. This pivotal role bridges the technical and customer service aspects of our operations, focusing on the seamless onboarding of dental offices to our platform. You'll be the technical whiz and customer advocate, ensuring our partners and their staff are well-equipped, supported, and satisfied with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Installation & Support: Lead the technical setup and configuration of our software in dental offices, including troubleshooting and optimizing software performance. Navigate through desktop environments, manage data entry, and ensure compatibility with existing systems, particularly EagleSoft.
- Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, from initial outreach to full implementation. Collect essential data, configure software settings according to each office's needs, and provide training on our platform.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dental office staff ensuring a smooth and supportive transition to our software.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of the onboarding and installation process based on feedback and firsthand experiences. Participate in creating best practices for future implementations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with account management, sales, and technical teams to streamline customer integration and support company growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum education: Associate degree or relevant CompTIA certifications. Candidates with significant hands-on experience but lacking formal education will be considered based on technical proficiency and work history.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer onboarding role, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry. Experience with EagleSoft highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successful customer service and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
