We have an immediate opening in our corporate office located in Auburn, ME. We are seeking a dependable individual to join our team. This position will be responsible for Payroll and related Journal Entries and Reconciliations, Human Resources, Benefits Management, and some accounting.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated ability to process payroll and administer employee benefits with accuracy and discretion, effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple diverse tasks, We are looking for someone who is reliable and has a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Benefit Administration of 401k, Health & Dental Insurance, Vision, Life and Disability insurance, FSA, HSA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation Claims
Payroll processing
Monthly bonus preparation and related journal entries
Checkbook entries and daily cash deposit reconciliation
Assisting with GL reconciliations
Fixed Asset accounting
A/R support
Annual Form 1099 preparation
Experience in HR and/or payroll
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
