Job Description
We are currently seeking a HR Administratorto join our team at a prestigious bank located in the heart of Manhattan. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing the Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction, and Training processes for our employees. You will also play a key role in executing our People Strategy and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to participate in the growth and development of our HR department. You will have the opportunity to shape our HR objectives and systems, including the creation of metrics, queries, and ongoing reports. And don't worry, we've got you covered when it comes to compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulatory requirements. We take these matters seriously and provide regular training to ensure adherence to our Code of Conduct.
In addition to these exciting responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to manage our HR vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner. Your expertise in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, will be put to good use in creating impactful presentations and reports.
To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Professional Certification in HR (SHRM) is also required. Additionally, a minimum of five years of professional HR experience, preferably in a Bank, Financial Services Institution, Broker Dealer, or Law firm, is desired.
